Ode to the Bouncy Barn

Oh Bouncy Barn, how my Woogy doth love you!
How sad we are that you have closed forever.
But we had our fun and now we are done, thanks for the snotty noses too!!

Someone was finally big enough to play and boy did she LOVE it!

Grant had such a great time, bouncing, sliding, meeting new friends! His favorite thing right now is making new friends where ever we go. He is getting so big!

Sister wasn't scared of trying anything, even the big slide!

Ever wonder what it felt like when you were being born?

Jump, jump, jump!!

Playing Catch-up! My Big Guy's Birthday!!!

Can you believe he is 6??? Grant requested an airplane birthday party after searching through many party books and online with mom! I was so thankful to get in one more "cutesy" themed party, ya know before he catches on to big boy things! We had such a blast with Nay-Nay, Papa, Nana, Woogy, & Princess Pumpernickel !!

Both Morgan and Paige were super excited too!! Yummy cake!!!

Even Papa joined in on the fun!!

At one point Grant disappeared and a masked super hero appeared!!!
I'm so glad he liked his gift!!

So long little kid's rides!! I'm ready for some big boy fun!!
Looks like we have a future basketball star on our hands, she takes after her Nana!!!
Grant's cake turned out super cute, thanks Wal-mart!

So many fun gifts! A new Bible and cover! Lots of clothes, money, and a drawing set!!

The table turned out super cute!

Chuck E. Cheese was so much fun for everyone!!

Staycation

February was an amazing month for our family! So much family and bonding time, it was truly a blessing from the Lord. If we had known what this month would have been like, we would have tried to move it to June when our new baby was due!
Feeding the turtles at the aquarium is something Grant had always wanted to do, so we splurged! I'm thinking we should have packed our own carrot strips!

Woogy loved the turtles too!!
Grant had to have a picture with the sharks and this is the one he wanted me to post, "Shiny" he said!!

Playdough is always fun, but with Dad making wonderful "abstract" creations, the boys thought it was fabulous!

We made cupcakes and ate all but 2 that same day!! Those last two were eaten by little Monsters for breakfast the next morning.....thanks for letting me sleep in honey! :)'

Sewing with Daddy!!

We also made a trip to the zoo on a beautiful day, visited Chuck E. Cheese, played at the mall, had picnics, went to the park, library, and had tons of fun while still staying under our normal family fun budget of $60!!! A staycation can be a super way to do some wonderfully fun things as a family but not spend a lot of money.

Going sledding with Daddy!

Seems all we have done lately is go sledding, build snowmen, and drink hot chocolate.....and I wouldn't want it any other way!!!
The boys and I are having a blast with Daddy home and all the fun weather!!
